SCHATTDECOR Selects Energy Sciences Inc. (ESI) to Supply Electron Beam (EB) Systems for New Line

SCHATTDECOR, the world leader in global décor printing, has selected Energy Sciences Inc. (ESI) to supply the EB systems for the new high speed rotogravure printing and coating line in Tarnowo Podgorne, Poland.

Jerzy Szejwian, President of Schattdecor Sp. Z.oo, states, “We are convinced ESI has appropriately qualitative EB technology to not only achieve our high line speeds, but also achieve best in class uptime and reliability. 

ESI’s new EZ Cure technology for the decorative paper market allows printers to achieve 400 m/min in the most demanding high speed, wide web, high uptime manufacturing environments.

Mr. Szejwian continued, “Another factor was ESI’s European-based service organization in the Netherlands.  ESI’s 24/7/365 emergency parts and technical support, along with European-based trained engineers and technicians will ensure our on-time commitments to our customers that our orders will be processed without delays 

ESI has recently opened up a new larger parts and service center in the Netherlands that is equipped with trained support personnel and repair equipment, along with the necessary spare parts and long-lead items to ensure our customers can get back up and running as soon as possible, often in less than 24 hours.
